Integration in Zoho CRM

This article covers connecting the EasyBusy Chats extension to the Zoho platform.

If You’re New to EasyBusy Chats

Before connecting Chats to Zoho CRM, you need to register with EasyBusy Chats, create a company, and add users.

After that, you need to add the messenger/platform accounts you want to use. Below is a list of available integrations with links to setup instructions:

Installing the Extension

To start the connection process, you need to install the EasyBusy Chats extension to your Zoho company via the Zoho Marketplace using the link.

Note

The EasyBusy Chats extension can be installed using a private installation URL only in Zoho CRM Enterprise edition or higher. If your Zoho CRM organization uses a lower edition, the installation may be blocked with the message “Extension is not supported in current CRM version.”

To check your Zoho CRM edition, go to Setup → Subscription / Manage Subscription → Edition.

For more information, see the Zoho Developer documentation.

  1. Check the boxes next to “I have agreed to the Terms of Service.” and “I authorize EasyBusy Chats to access and process my data as required.”;
  2. Click “Continue”;

Access to the Chats platform will only be available to users who have an EasyBusy Chats account. If you select “Install for all users,” only Zoho users who have a Chats account and correctly configured access will have access to chats.

However, you can also install the extension for admins only, or select a custom user group you’ve created.

  1. Click “Continue”;
Note

If you selected “Install for admins only” or “Install for all users” — skip steps 5 and 6, since the extension installation will begin immediately instead of selecting groups.
